LADIES ONLY – Concealed Handgun License Training

This is our same Concealed Handgun License Class we run every month. However this
class is dedicated to ladies only. This allows us to tailor the class to the specific needs
of women who are interested in obtaining their Concealed Handgun License. The class
follows the same schedule and times as our normal monthly class, and it covers the
same curriculum with added attention specifically oriented towards the female shooter.
Our instructors have studied the lessons learned over the past decades by both law-
enforcement and private entities providing firearms instruction to female students, and
have dedicated this class to those learnings. We will not be short-cutting our normal
curriculum, but just be presenting it in manner better oriented to the female shooter.

For a description of the class, please see our Concealed Handgun License class on our
website. The class runs Monday through Thursday 6:00 PM to 9:30 PM each evening,
and then you will spend 3-hours on the range on Saturday, shooting about 200-rounds.
That will complete all of the training. Bring your own handgun, or rent one from
MOFTA for a small fee.

So, if you are interested in a ladies only, friendly, un-intimidating class to obtain the

UTAH Conceal Carry License: MOFTA is one of the few places in Ohio you can
receive the necessary certification to apply for a Utah Concealed Firearm Permit (which
non-Utah residents can apply for). This benefits you because of reciprocity and other
legal agreements between states. If you have both Ohio and Utah concealed handgun
licenses you can legally conceal and carry in up to 35 states.
